🤔 What is DTF Printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a revolutionary printing technology that creates vibrant, full-color transfers on special film, which are then heat-pressed onto fabric. Unlike traditional screen printing, DTF allows for unlimited colors, photo-quality prints, and works on virtually any fabric color!
🖨️ Step 1: Print
Your design is printed onto special PET film using CMYK + White inks for vibrant colors that pop on any shirt color.
✨ Step 2: Powder
Hot melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink, creating a bond that will adhere to fabric.
🔥 Step 3: Press
The transfer is heat-pressed onto your garment at ~325°F for 15 seconds, permanently bonding the design.
