Quality Guarantee
If your order has a printing defect or error on our part, we will reprint it at no charge.
Custom Orders
Since all orders are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on completed orders unless there is a defect.
DTF Transfers
Unused DTF transfers may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs.
When We Issue Refunds
✓Printing defect or error on our part (wrong color, wrong design, misprints)
✓Wrong size shipped (if we made the error)
✓Damaged items received during shipping
✓Unused DTF transfers returned within 14 days
Non-Refundable Situations
✗Change of mind after order is printed
✗Sizing errors if customer provided wrong sizes
✗Design file issues (low resolution, wrong colors in file)
✗Used or pressed DTF transfers
