🛒 Ordering Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is NO minimum order! You can order just 1 shirt or 1,000 - the price per piece stays the same. This is one of the biggest advantages of DTF printing over traditional screen printing.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard orders: 2-3 business days production + shipping time
Rush orders: Same-day or next-day available (additional fee applies)
Local pickup: Often available same day!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup in Jacksonville, NC. This is perfect for Camp Lejeune personnel and Onslow County residents who want fast turnaround without shipping costs.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, SVG. For best results, provide PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI. Don't have a design? We can help create one!
🎨 DTF Printing Questions
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a modern technique where designs are printed onto special film, then heat-transferred to fabric. It allows for unlimited colors, photo-quality prints, and works on any fabric color!
How durable are DTF prints?
Very durable! DTF prints can withstand 50+ washes without cracking or fading when properly cared for. Wash inside-out in cold water and tumble dry low for best results.
What fabrics can DTF be applied to?
DTF works on most fabrics: cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, tri-blends, nylon, and more. It also works on any color - light or dark shirts look equally vibrant!
Is DTF better than screen printing?
For most applications, yes! DTF offers: unlimited colors at no extra cost, no minimums, photo-quality prints, works on dark shirts, and faster turnaround. Screen printing may still be better for 500+ identical simple designs.
💰 Pricing Questions
Do you charge extra for multiple colors?
NO! Unlike screen printing, DTF has no extra charge for colors. A 10-color design costs the same as a 1-color design. Full-color photos are the same price too!
Do you offer military/first responder discounts?

📋 Gang Sheet Questions
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a single sheet of DTF film containing multiple designs. You can mix different designs, sizes, and colors on one sheet. It's the most cost-effective way to get DTF transfers!
How do I use gang sheet transfers?
Cut out individual designs, place on garment, and heat press at 325°F for 15 seconds. Peel warm or cold (we'll specify which). It's that easy!
How long do unused transfers last?
Properly stored transfers last 6+ months. Keep them flat, away from direct sunlight, in a cool dry place.
