Welcome to Mabuhay Designs & Co LLC. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Colors on DTF transfers may vary slightly from what appears on screen.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Rush Orders

Same-day rush orders are available for an additional $40 fee. Rush orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day processing. We cannot guarantee rush processing for orders placed after this cutoff time.

5. Quality and Errors

We take pride in our work and stand behind our products. If you receive a defective product or one that doesn't match your approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting at no additional charge.

Please note: We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork or files. Always review your designs carefully before submitting.

6. AI-Assisted Purchases

Our products and services may be discovered and purchased through AI shopping assistants including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and other AI-powered platforms. When making purchases through these AI assistants:

Product Information: AI assistants retrieve product information directly from our store. While we strive for accuracy, please verify details on our website before completing your purchase.
Pricing: Prices shown by AI assistants reflect our current pricing but may be cached. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout on mabuhay.store.
Order Confirmation: All orders, regardless of how they were initiated, will receive confirmation via email from our store.
Same Terms Apply: All orders placed through AI assistants are subject to the same terms, conditions, and policies as orders placed directly on our website.
AI Recommendations: Product recommendations made by AI assistants are based on the information we provide. For specific customization needs, we recommend contacting us directly.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or designs, you represent that you own the rights to the content or have obtained necessary permissions. Mabuhay Designs & Co LLC is not responsible for copyright infringement related to customer-provided designs.

8. Local Pickup

We offer 24/7 local pickup at our Jacksonville, North Carolina location. Pickup orders will be placed in our secure pickup area once ready. You will receive notification with pickup instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mabuhay Designs & Co LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
